I purchased a plot in Eiffel Olympia from Eiffel Developers in 2009. With loads of promises that the plots will be delivered in December 2010. The site involves excavation, levelling, making roads, landscaping, electric and water line setup. On top of this Eiffel Developers is supposed to get residential permit for the complex.
All this was supposed to be complete and possesion to the owners was supposed to be given in December 2010.
Here we are in March 2011 and the work has not even begun. The sales people are all scam giving false promises. They are always ready to provide false reasons on why the work on site is delayed. But one thing they are very prompt about is asking for payments from the owners. The manager of sales Mr Sunil Oza does not respond when questioned about progress. Ms. Smita Lobo (Sales) comes up with false updates and fake status updates. If you own a property here and have payments pending, make sure you visit the site before making any further payments. The owners of this company Mr Rahul Nahar and Mr Vishal Nahar have questionable ethics and morals as they have not attempted to connect with the owners despite repeated requests to discuss the site progress.
If you plan to buy any plot or property from Eiffel Developers in Pune, please act very carefully and take this as the learning lesson. I have a friend who brought a plot at Aditya Nissarg in Pune and he too has complained about Eiffel Developers.
